Yes. Messages can be scheduled to be sent up to 1 year in advance. Click on the symbol on the ‘Send Message’ page and select the day and time you want the messages to be sent.

Over 100 million messages are delivered every day in the UK. The networks priority is in delivering these messages. Sending ‘Delivery Receipts’ back to us is a much lower priority and so sometimes this may take a while.

Absolutely not and we never will! We would not only lose our DPA License if we did but also all our customers.

YES. With our Online SMS Service you can send texts containing over 600 characters.

Whilst these messages will arrive as one message, please be aware that all the networks charge in chunks of 153 characters. As such a message containing 300 characters will cost 2 Credits.

Don’t worry though, when you go over 160 characters a big red Warning message appears so you can delete some characters to ensure your message only costs 1 Credit.
